In 1988, I took my first vacation
in 10 years. Visited the Soviet Union through a group called the Projects
for Planetary Peace. |
| Dancing |
Dancing at parties or raves provides
me with a means of socializing, exercize, and a chance to meet new and interesting
people. I find that going to a rave is like going home to family. |
| Exercises |
Although dancing at raves provide
me with most of my exercise needs, I find that Yoga, Pagua, and Thai Chi
as well as other "internal arts" are important in keeping stress
and other physical blockages reduced, and is the key to obtaining high energy
and indurance. |
