These pages tell all about my trip to the Rainbow gathering. I left on Friday,
headed down to San Diego to pick up my friend Steve, also known among the rave circles
as "Radion Test Data", "Radion" for short.
I met Radion a few years ago at "Your Sisters House" a Thursday weekly
mini rave with mostly women DJ's. Due to the common problem of lack of space, these
parties are now suspended.
Radion, setting up camp on a remote road near one of the Sedona Energy Vortex's.
I really needed an energy recharging, after driving non-stop to San Diego, picking
up Radion, then raving at World Beat Center in San Diego all night. That following
day, still without sleep, we hung out in this really cool place called "The
Loft".
On the way to our first stop, Sedona, Az. We meet some locals from El Centro who
tell us where these hot springs are located. On I-8, just 15 minutes East of El Centro,
we take the I-115 off-ramp, cross over the freeway, take our first right turn, drive
down the road about a half mile, and off to the right is the parking lot for the
springs.
We arrived there at about 4:15 am, noticed a sign saying that curfew was from 12
mid - 5 am, figured it was close enough, so we took a wonderful soak in the springs.
After 3 days without sleep, and only sleeping in the car, this felt wonderful. We
stayed there until the sun came up and it started to get really hot, then headed
out again.
Our first scheduled stop is Sedona, in here, you'll see some pictures of the red rocks, and amazing scenery.
We head out into the High plains.
Some highlights of the Rainbow Gathering, including pictures of those who wanted to be on my WEB site.
